The core: PHOENIX Cloud · Overview
Your data and leaving
Your data is yours. How to export it, why there is no lock-in, and what happens if you cancel.
Your data is yours
Everything you and your clients put into your site belongs to you. We hold it to run the service for you.
Export at any time
- Any list or report can be exported to a spreadsheet (Excel or CSV) by users with the right role.
- Need more than spreadsheets? Talk to us about a copy of your data. What is included is set out in your agreement.
No lock-in
- Open source underneath. ERPNext and Frappe are open source, so your data is in an open, documented system that other providers and your own team can run.
- Standard formats. Exports are standard spreadsheets, not a closed file only we can read.
If you cancel
- Tell us, in line with your agreement.
- Export what you need before your site is closed.
- Your site is then closed as set out in your agreement.
Prices, notice and refunds are in your agreement and our refund policy.

Backups and recovery
Backups of your site are part of the service. When they are taken, where they are kept, and how a restore works.

Your own site and database
Every company gets its own private site, database and files. What is on your site and who can sign in to it.
