Backups and recovery
Backups of your site are part of the service. When they are taken, where they are kept, and how a restore works.
Backups of your site are part of the service. You do not have to set anything up.
Every night
Every night, the databases and files of all customer sites are copied into our backup.
Encrypted and off-site
The nightly backup is encrypted before it leaves the server and is stored with a separate storage provider, so a problem with the server does not take the backups with it. Backups are kept for 90 days.
Restoring
If something was deleted by mistake or you need an earlier state, contact support with the date and what you need. We check what can be restored from the backups and agree the next step with you.
Your own copy
You can also export your own data at any time. See Your data.
