PHOENIX was started by engineers who spent years inside fast-moving product teams and saw the same pattern: great ideas stalling behind unclear scope, hand-offs, and lock-in.
The company was founded to do the opposite: fixed-scope engagements, weekly progress demos, source-code ownership for clients, and the freedom to pause or cancel. That is how we have worked from day one, and it is how we still work today.
We are small by design, senior by experience, and focused on shipping software that actually runs in production.
