The core: PHOENIX Cloud · Overview
Your brand
Your logo, colours and favicon on what your team and your clients see. No PHOENIX name in front of your clients.
White-label is part of the core, so every PHOENIX system carries your brand, not ours.
Where your brand appears
| Where | What shows |
|---|---|
| Login page | Your name, logo, colours and favicon |
| Your website | Your logo, colours and favicon |
| Back office | Your logo, colours and favicon |
| Client portal | Your colours and favicon; your clients see your logo when they sign in |
Your clients see your company, not PHOENIX. Your website is set up with your company name, with no demo banner and no PHOENIX credit.
How it is set
The Administrator opens White Label Settings and uploads the logo and favicon and picks the colours. Changes show at once. Step by step: White-Label guide.
Resellers
When a reseller sells PHOENIX under its own name, the brand is applied in order: the customer’s own settings first, then the reseller’s, then the PHOENIX defaults. A reseller’s customers can see the reseller’s brand without each one setting it up.
Your own domain
Your site can also use your own address. See Your own domain.
